Short answer

Clybor Consulting is an AI consulting and training firm founded in 2021 by Shawn Clybor, PhD, and based in Amsterdam, with clients in the United States, Canada and the Netherlands. It works with law firms, with teams learning Claude, and with other AI consultants. Shawn leads the firm’s engagements and still writes the code. Jacqueline Kuper, founder of Sage Operations, works with the firm on client engagements, and specialist partners join when a project needs expertise beyond the team’s own. Current and past clients include the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Array Education, the National Academy Foundation (NAF), Cox Automotive, Openly, The Mullings Group, an established personal injury firm and a boutique law firm in Houston.

Who else do we bring in?

Shawn is an IWAI Certified Consultant and part of its international network of independent AI consultants, and he has taught and coached members of that community.

When a project calls for expertise beyond our own, such as infrastructure, media tooling or leadership development, we bring in specialist partners and stay accountable for the result.

How does an engagement work?

Working sessions

We sit with staff on their own work and write down how each task gets done, including the steps nobody wrote down.

Custom Claude tools

We build Claude tools from those sessions, so they follow the way your team already works.

Testing before rollout

Each tool is tested against questions with known answers, comes with written rules for use, and is handed to staff we have trained to run it.

See each one in context: law firms, Claude training, AI consultants.

How does work start?

With a free 30-minute call. If there is a fit, the next step is a discovery session and proposal for $750: one hour together, then a written proposal with mockups that you keep and can take to any vendor for quotes. From there, the work is a fixed-price project, a training booking or a monthly retainer.

Where do we work?

From Amsterdam, with clients in the United States, Canada and the Netherlands. Every engagement can run online. On-site work is quoted separately.
