ABOUT
Jacqueline Kuper
Founder of Sage Operations. Works with Clybor Consulting on client engagements.

Short answer
Jacqueline Kuper is the founder of Sage Operations and works with Clybor Consulting on client engagements. She spent nearly a decade inside complex organizations building CRM systems, cleaning data, designing leadership reporting and writing process documentation. On engagements she works directly with staff in one-on-one sessions, documenting how the work is done and coaching people to use AI in it.
Who is Jacqueline Kuper?
Jacqueline Kuper founded Sage Operations, an operations practice built on a simple test she sets for her own work: whether the team can still run the system once the engagement ends.
Before founding Sage Operations she spent nearly a decade embedded in complex organizations, building CRM systems, cleaning data, designing leadership reporting and creating the process documentation that lets teams grow without losing what they know. Her method has four steps. She maps what a team already has: its tools, its data flows and its manual workarounds. She designs a system around how the team actually behaves. She builds it, documents every process and trains the team directly. Then she hands it off so the team can run it on its own.
On Clybor Consulting engagements, Jacqueline is the one who sits with the staff. For an established personal injury firm, she coached paralegals and operations staff one on one. For the National Academy Foundation she led a series of AI coaching sessions with the curriculum team and ran discovery for a second project.
Her work covers CRM architecture, database management, workflow automation, reporting and data analysis, and AI governance and usage guidelines.
What does Jacqueline do on an engagement?
Shawn leads the engagement and the build. Jacqueline works inside the client team. She meets staff one on one, in sessions booked around their real workload, and watches how each person does the work before anything changes. She writes down what she learns as workflow documentation and standard operating procedures. She coaches each person on the tools as they arrive, and she meets regularly with the client’s internal AI lead so that both sides hold the same picture of where adoption stands.
