Short answer
Clybor Consulting is an AI consulting and training firm founded in 2021 by Shawn Clybor, PhD, and based in Amsterdam. What does “I prove it” mean?
Claude’s wrong answers look as confident as its right ones, so a demo alone doesn’t show how often it’s wrong. Every system I hand over comes with tests that can fail, written rules for how people should use it, and training for the staff who will use it every day. Your team can see what the tool gets right, see what it gets wrong, and keep running it without me.

How does work start?
1. A free 30-minute call
Tell me what your team does and where you think AI fits. You get a straight answer on whether I can help.
2. Discovery and proposal: $750
A one-hour discovery session, then a written proposal with mockups. The proposal is yours to keep, and you can take it to any vendor for quotes.
3. The work itself
A fixed-price project, a training booking or a monthly retainer, scoped from what the proposal shows.
Who have I worked with?
Much of my work has been in education. For Array Education I built the evaluation framework for TeachSim, its teacher-training simulation: automated tests that measure how the simulated students respond, which Array’s own engineers took over in 2026. For the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as part of an Equifinality Solutions team, I assessed how ready its data was for AI tools to answer questions in plain language, and documented the data model those tools would rely on. For the National Academy Foundation (NAF) I built a student-facing knowledge chatbot on a platform that serves nearly 100,000 students, along with the test suite that measures its answers.
I have trained teams at Cox Automotive, Openly and NAF, onsite and online, and worked with The Mullings Group. I have worked with an established personal injury firm and a boutique law firm in Houston on AI governance policy and firm-wide Claude training.
